• Setting up a new company focused on facility management services in order to cater the venues/projects operated or owned by the parent company International Vision Investment LLC, defining the company strategy and setting up short, mid and long- term goals.
• Management of facility management services provided by the company’s own staff at different locations of clients and projects as the Jiu-Jitsu Arena, UAEJJ Fitness Gyms at several locations in the UAE.
• Selection and negotiation process while choosing the subcontractors.
• Relationship management with local authorities in terms of jointly used parking facilities, renovation permits, fulfilling Estidama requirements including monitoring of smart metering, waste management etc.
• Improvement of facility operations in order to reduce electrical, water, cleaning and building materials consumption
• Representing Jiu-Jitsu Arena before and during great scale of international events in order to understand and meet with event organizer’s requirements.

• Management, supervision of technical/structural activities at and around the arena building,

• Project management in terms of construction supervision during construction and defects liability period on behalf of the client at the Multifunctional Arena Project in the Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Undertaking the role “Resident Engineer” as per FIDIC contract and lead the design & build progress in alignment of the contract that it is in line with the schedule, within the amount, while assuring the quality matches with Abu Dhabi regulatory bodies’ standards set for such kind of state-of-the art buildings.
• Issued instructions, variation orders, approve extension of time if necessary, issue Taking-Over-Certificate and the Performance Certificate for the works; manage approvals of designs, material submittals, and drawings.
• Evaluated statement of account in order to prepare engineer’s final determination considering employer’s right to counter-claim and manage project closure; prepared employer’s counterclaim as per FIDIC.
