At the moment I am writing my PhD thesis and I am looking for a position to work in Clinical Trials. I am a fast lerner and know how to work in a team, specially in an international one. I supeorvised students in practicals as well as personally.

I think I am suitable for a position in your company because of my knowledge and previous experience. My work as a CRA involved the supervision of international clinical trials, organization and archiving of important documentation, implementation of new sites, follow up and closure of studies. I had under my supervision trials for the treatment of asthma, papilloma virus and HIV among others.
The main reason why I decided to study in Germany was not only because of the outstanding reputation of Heidelberg University but also because I like challenges. Here I had the opportunity to work and collaborate efficiently with scientists from all over the world. This taught me to solve problems in a conflict free environment and to perform with excellence in an international team.
Being a fast learner with a keen eye for detail, I was chosen to be a member of the Ph.D. speakers committee. As member of this committee, I was in charge of inviting speakers from around the world and organizing the respective seminars for the students of the ZMBH. Also I had the task of planning the retreat for graduate students and the summer party of the institute. Furthermore, I prepared and oversaw the annual practical for master students. As part of my PhD, I supervised an undergraduate student in his Bachelor project, who later decided to start as a trainee under my direct supervision. This demonstrates my ability to lead and motivate people under my charge. In addition, I developed and standardized several techniques for the laboratory I am currently working in.
At the moment, I am writing my doctoral thesis and preparing a manuscript for submission to international scientific journals.
