- Act as sparring partner and project manager for implementation of sales steering team
- Challenge and provide guidance to sales team along the order lifecycle and sales process set-up
- Define and implement KPI pyramid to allow for effective sales focus and translation of sales plans into actual revenues
- Implement, manage and continuously improve a closed loop cycle that provides steer and clear actions from performance dialogues
- Enable the business to set and follow up the right sales priorities and hence to increase conversion rate of opportunities into actual sales
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with track record in technology or engineering related sales activities or other B2B sales activities
- Minimum of 8 years Sales / Sales Steering experience in international Power-, Engineering- and Service market or supplier market for power plant equipment
- High level assertiveness and communication skills in an international environment and the ability to effectively influence at all levels
- Strong customer and service-orientated mindset
