Ihre Aufgaben:
Deliver key strategic analytical thinking and insights
Lead relevant project streams at regional and global level
Generate insights to identify and leverage key strategic drivers of effectiveness
Support decision making process and implementation of key initiatives
Run regular performance reviews with regions and countries
Drive big streams of key international projects related to the rollout and adoption of new reporting infrastructures, optimization of CRM and extension of BI tools
Increase team’s capabilities at making analytical based decisions, by enabling self-service reporting for customized analyses
Act as an advocate to support countries and regions in growing their knowledge of KPIs, planning processes and tools

Ihre Qualifikationen:
Relevant degree
Profound work experience in a similar position having worked in consulting, finance or banking
Successful track record in the Business Insights areas, providing strategic thinking to senior leadership and supporting the decision making process
Experience leading implementation of key country/international projects related to BI within commercial operations
Experience creating regular performance review processes, with implementation of CRM systems and rollout to CRM/BI to new products and franchises
Knowledge of the most popular tools for business intelligence, such as Qliksense, Datameer, SAP Lumira, etc.
Communicative personality and experienced at advising senior management
Solid knowledge of CRM and cycle planning tools
