* Bachelor Degree in Communications, English, a related field or equivalent practical experience
* 2+ years of practice in Content Management, Online Operations and Web Development
* Experience with basic Web Development projects using HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS)
* Competency to interact with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
* Skillset to simultaneously handle multiple assignments, work independently and to drive projects with high attention to detail coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
* Languages: Fluent French and English both written and spoken
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate content needs for product and feature launches
* Creating a content strategy including multiple channels and deliverables
* Working with the editorial team to produce your selected assets
* Integrating feedback from numerous stakeholders and varying perspectives to create a consistent, user-focused end product
* Identifying and using metrics, use cases and user needs to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions
