Ihre Aufgaben:
Responsible that the solution capabilities are aligned with the business expectations
Define the Release Strategy for the specific solution(s) taking into consideration business as well as technical needs
Lead the Change Management Team for assigned solutions
Coordinate the deployment of changes and releases to the productive environment
Accountable for the overall spend to enhance and operate the specific solution
Monitor and continuous improvement of defined support process though KPIs and SLAs incl. communication to relevant stakeholders
Develop and manage business/technical critical know-how within area of expertise
Develop your understanding of the relevant business area incl. business processes, technical and other solution related skills
Close cooperation with other IT departments to align Solution evolution with Business Roadmap

Ihre Qualifikationen:
Professional IT experience in a major, global organization and customer, quality, cost and delivery focused
Experiences in managing solutions in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation are beneficial
Experience in stakeholder management and interaction with Senior Business Representatives
Experience in vendor management
Experience as system owner
Advanced English and German skills
Planisware experience is a plus
MS Dynamics experience is a plus
