- Service process design, service solution design and service implemention for Unified Communication (Cisco, Avaya) and Video Conferencing (Cisco, Microsoft)- Gap analysis in SoW- Coupling of ticket tools- System management, connectivity, integration of systems- System surveillance, monitoring, and reporting- Management server access- Implementation planning- Implementation management (incl. test, acceptance), e.g. expert service desk VC, CDR DWH- Documentation (Service Operations Manual, concepts, design)
- Solution design Unified Communication- Process design- Experience in transition management- Service management- English / German business fluent
Location: Munich (onsite, 5 days per week), 1 day remote option after warm-up
