CRM Manager (m/f) Retention
Responsibilities: - Monitor and optimize license-based KPIs per product and market - Develop, implement, automate and monitor lifecycle and adhoc campaigns for users of free and paid products to increase loyalty and customer lifetime value - Generate and validate customers insights and spread them out company-wide - Be creative and enhance renewal and retention campaigns with new ideas and concepts - Create trigger campaigns along the customer journey to ensure maximum customer centricity - Define reporting measurements and track campaign development process - Grow the business by consistent data-driven optimization of segmentation and value driven messaging - Create data reports and presentations for campaign flows and CRM programs - Use data-driven performance reviews to enhance active renewal and monetization campaigns - Be responsible for business case and forecasts - Act as interface for all relevant business areas
Qualifications: - University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or comparable - At least 4 years of experience in a marketing department - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management - Experience in subscription business is a must - Experience with CRM tools - Basic knowledge about product marketing and/or experience within software industry would be helpful - Know how to deal with a considerable revenue responsibility and leading projects in interdisciplinary teams - Creative and analytical
