* 5+ years' experience in Financial Consolidation with a strong financial accounting background
* Proficiency in IBM COGNOS and MS Office, particularly Excel
* Familiarity with tax compliance outside of Switzerland
* Expertise in working in a multi-national company
* Competent handling of external auditors and fund management tax consultants
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is beneficial
* Executing the bi-annual consolidation in IBM COGNOS and drive, organising and supervising the meeting of reporting deadlines as well as preparing financial reports for stakeholders
* Administrating the lawful audits and addressing country-specific issues with external auditors for the property companies in a specific region while also performing bridging entries for group reporting purposes
* Supporting the financial due diligence process of potential property acquisitions and managing VAT and Corporate Income Tax compliance
* Providing monthly reports, assessing and correcting accounting issues in addition to supporting the Fund CFO
* Performing country controller assignments as well as participating in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
