Plan, develop and execute measurable employee communications concepts that foster employee information and engagement
Create high-quality communication assets (email communication; newsletter content; speaking points; quotes; intranet articles; PPTs; videos; etc.)
Further develop DIS content and tools (talking points, messaging grid, visuals, materials, templates) for internal/employee communications and alignment of DIS communications with other communicators
Act as content coordinator within DIS and between DIS and Diagnostics Communications
Develop/write messaging/articles in support of DIS strategic topics and business objectives with the purpose of employee information, engagement and buy-in
Ability to break down complex topics and concepts into easy-to-understand messaging brought to life with tangible examples
Plan and coordinate content and execution for global DIS town halls and other all employee events
Develop/evaluate internal channels for the purpose of employee communications used to communicate within DIS, Diagnostics (and other audiences where necessary) and ensure messages reach the audience(s) in a way that serves their needs and is most
Work with DIS and Diagnostics Communications Team to explore opportunities for communications activities that contribute to increasing employee information and engagement as well as leadership visibility
Work closely with the editorial board/network on integrated content development and planning on key DIS topics/events across our Group Channels
Liaise with Business Area/Regional/Global Functions Communicators to amplify/share content of relevance
Coordinate and monitor various communications activities, ensure alignment with overall DIS communications strategy and Diagnostics Communications priorities / activities
Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders to plan and facilitate the execution of communication plans and initiatives
University degree in Communications or Journalism (focus on digital)
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Professional experience in corporate communications or PR agency related to healthcare with proven analytical/ conceptual and implementation capabilities, as well as strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills
Proven experience in implementing employee communication leveraging multiple activities, tools and platforms (focus on digital) with proven content development capabilities (channel agnostic), strategic planning and measurement
Ability to handle high workload, plan and prioritise, propose and deliver on pragmatic solutions, adapt to changing requirements, manage expectations efficiently and have the courage to challenge
Passion, energy and drive to mobilise and influence others to ensure that projects are delivered against high expectations.
Understanding of Healthcare and/or Diagnostics industry
