Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
Manage and coordinate the recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPI
Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system
Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and se lection tools and identify preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager
Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/regulations as well as the company’s hiring policy
A successful track record in recruitment in a global environment, desirable in the life sciences industry or executive search company
University degree or a higher degree
Passion for setting up relationships and networking in the local and international market
Excellent communication skills in both English and German
Strong self-starter with good team skills and a pronounced service orientation
