Ihre Aufgaben:
• Creating and improving the service catalogue for Data Centre & Cloud services
• Manage a full suite of Data Centre Services and their SLAs and ensure delivery of agreed IT services and service levels to the customer in accordance with the SLA framework
• Ensure all operational roles and relationships between internal, lead and any sub-contracted suppliers are documented, maintained and subject to contractual agreement
• Monitoring, reporting and regularly reviewing service performance against targets, identifying improvement actions as appropriate and ensuring these actions are implemented
• Support the creation of a RFP for hybrid managed infrastructure services
Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Self-sufficient & structured way of working
• ITIL foundation
• Very good Excel skills
• Experience in reporting and SLA tracing
• Continuous service improvement experience
• Stakeholder management and knowledge of customer satisfaction survey conduction
• Customer-oriented team player
