Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Develop Meeting, Presentation & Workshop standards
• Coach teams on effective collaboration & communication
• Manage team SharePoint from a technical standpoint
• Design, plan and execute virtual weekly, monthly and one-off team engagement activities (events and sessions)
• Document designed and signed off upskilling, communication, training and other material

Your skills

• Expert user of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Teams, Stream, Forms, Powerpoint, SharePoint Online, Yammer
• Proven ability to work with executive level and team members
• Advanced organisational skills and experience with planning virtual events
• Minimum basic Photoshop skills are an advantage
• Advanced in English
