For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant for Digital Sales Solutions (m/f/d) 100% Remote (possibility to be Onsite 2 days post restrictions) on a freelance basis.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Intro – Digital Sales Strategy & Transformation

We require a freelancer to enable direct-to-consumer growth by creating highly effective, connected and informed teams across Digital Sale Solutions and Sales Tech, that are continuously learning and winning through a growth mindset. Furthermore, we need someone to create appealing messages, storylines and presentations, and to assess potential projects through in-depth analysis, planning workshops with potential stakeholders and track actions.

The freelancer provides expertise and services in the fields of change and project management, especially around planning, concept creation, communication, facilitation and tracking actions.
- Objective #1 is to have all new hires successfully onboarded by the end of quarter 2 with an overall NPS of 8+ (8 out of 10 rating).
- Objective #2 is a signed off concept to create a learning organisation with all defined content, forums, events and channels in place, and executed against plan.
- Objective #3 is to deliver all planned 2021 project portfolio assessments.
- Objective #4 is to create an aligned vision and mission for the Digital Sales Solutions and its pillars.

Service Description & Deliverables

• Design, plan and execute virtual onboarding activities for our new joiners and hiring managers in order to provide a premium onboarding experience:
• Design, plan and execute activities to build up a Learning Organization within Digital Sales Solutions
• Design, plan and execute all planned 2021 project portfolio assessments
• Create an aligned Vision and Mission for the Digital Sales Solutions team and its pillars

Anforderungen:
Skills & knowledge

• Expertise in writing/storytelling and content creation - catered to all levels of business
• Very good “visual eye” (2D and 3D)
• Expertise in event and workshop planning, facilitation and moderation
• Proven ability to work with executive level and team members likewise – in a fast paced and complex environment, with different international cultures
• Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
• Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Online
• Good Adobe Photoshop skills
• Basic Adobe Premiere or similar video editing skills
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• High-level knowledge about omnichannel, digital retail and digital wholesale tools combining experience and industry best practice
• Project mgt. skills , and a systematic and structured approach
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage
