Bei SMART-Zielen handelt es sich um eine Methode zur Formulierung messbarer und realistischer Ziele. Die Festlegung messbarer Ziele f\u00fchrt in der Regel zu besseren Pl\u00e4nen und erleichtert die anschlie\u00dfende Bewertung der Umsetzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Die Buchstaben SMART bilden eine Eselsbr\u00fccke f\u00fcr die wichtigsten Kriterien der Zielsetzung oder Planung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 spezifisch <\/strong>(specific, significant, simple)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wurde das Ziel klar definiert? (was, warum, wann, wer, wo und wie?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 messbar <\/strong>(measurable, meaningful)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ist die Erreichung des Ziels messbar? (wie viel, wie kann das bestimmt werden?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 attraktiv <\/strong>(accepted, agreed, actionable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ist das Ziel relevant und wird es von den Beteiligten akzeptiert?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 realistisch <\/strong>(realistic, reasonable, relevant)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Ziel muss herausfordernd, aber erreichbar sein. Wie kann das Ziel erreicht werden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 terminiert <\/strong>(time-bound, time framed, time-based)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 Welche Frist muss f\u00fcr das Ziel eingehalten werden? Welche Planung geh\u00f6rt dazu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Plan, wo die SMART-Formel unerl\u00e4sslich ist, stellt beispielsweise der Businessplan dar.<\/p>\n
