Befragt wurden \u00fcber 100 Experten. Daraus wurde ein Szenario zur Zukunft der Arbeit entwickelt (\u201eArbeitswelten 4.0\u201c). Entstanden ist ein recht optimistisches Bild. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse sind im Folgenden zusammengefasst:<\/p>\n<p>In 2025 erlaubt die <strong>Vollvernetzung<\/strong> dem Wissensarbeiter, sich st\u00e4rker seinen Kernaufgaben zu widmen. L\u00e4stige Routineaufgaben entfallen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wissensarbeiter<\/strong> legen noch mehr Wert darauf Arbeit, Interessen und Umfeld in Einklang zu bringen. Arbeitgeber m\u00fcssen daher k\u00fcnftig auf wachsende Flexibilit\u00e4tsanspr\u00fcche und individuelle Lebensumst\u00e4nde st\u00e4rker R\u00fccksicht nehmen. Das tun sie mit unterschiedlichen Strategien.<\/p>\n<p>Die einen entwickeln sich zu sog. <strong>Care Companies<\/strong>, die Mitarbeiter durch intensive Betreuung und Ber\u00fccksichtigung der pers\u00f6nlichen Lebensentw\u00fcrfe langfristig an sich binden wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Andere decken ihren Bedarf auf Projektbasis \u00fcber freie Mitarbeiter, sog. <strong>Cloud Worker<\/strong>, und externalisieren so systematisch Beitr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr unsere sozialen Sicherungssysteme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude<\/strong> werden zur \u201eSchnittstelle zwischen virtueller und realer Welt\u201c, zu \u201eOrten der Identifikation\u201c, deren Zweck ein \u201egemeinsames Erlebnis des Arbeitens\u201c ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcros werden intelligent:<\/strong> Feste Arbeitspl\u00e4tze wird es kaum mehr geben, daf\u00fcr \u201eerinnern\u201c sich smarte Workplaces an die Vorlieben zu Licht oder Stuhlposition des einzelnen Wissensarbeiters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coworking<\/strong> wird k\u00fcnftig eine zentrale Rolle spielen und das nicht nur f\u00fcr Solopreneurs. Coworking wird auch f\u00fcr Office Worker gr\u00f6\u00dferer Unternehmen, die ihren Mitarbeitern r\u00e4umliche Flexibilit\u00e4t beim Arbeiten einr\u00e4umen, eine reale Option.
