Wenn die Medien nichts zu berichten haben und die Kunden einen Gang herunterschalten, dann steht fest: das Sommerloch ist da.<\/p>\n

In diesem Jahr ist vielleicht aufgrund der Pandemie alles ein wenig anders und trotzdem: Jedes Jahr auf\u2019s Neue bietet die Zeit von ca. Mitte Juli bis Anfang September uns allen die Chance, zur Ruhe zu kommen, durchzuatmen, uns zu sammeln und Kraft zu tanken f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Monate, in denen wieder neue Aufgaben auf uns warten.<\/p>\n

\"Den<\/p>\n

Das Sommerloch und die Weihnachtszeit Ende Dezember sind sich da \u00fcbrigens ganz \u00e4hnlich. Denn abgesehen vom Wetter und den Temperaturen, haben beide einiges gemeinsam:<\/p>\n

Es sind Zeiten der Ver\u00e4nderung. Im Sommer wie im Winter nehmen wir uns mehr Zeit f\u00fcr Privates, der Beruf tritt in den Hintergrund. Manche fangen dann an, ihre Lebenssituation zu \u00fcberdenken und Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr die Zukunft zu schmieden. Im Sommer sind wir aktiv, da versuchen wir unsere neuen Pl\u00e4ne oft sofort umzusetzen. Im Winter nehmen wir sie als gute Vors\u00e4tze mit ins neue Jahr.<\/p>\n

Egal ob Sommer oder Winter, wenn wir das alles tun, dann vergeuden wir nicht unsere Zeit. Wir nutzen sie sinnvoll. Und genau darum geht es bei unserer neuen Themenwoche, die am 21. Juli starten wird. Wir machen Ihnen n\u00e4chste Woche f\u00fcnf Vorschl\u00e4ge, wie Sie Ihre freie Zeit w\u00e4hrend des anstehenden Sommerlochs sinnvoll nutzen k\u00f6nnen, und stellen Ihnen von Montag bis Freitag jeweils einen davon vor:<\/p>\n
