In my one year time period with AVIS Budget I had the following track record, that I can more deeply elaborate on request:
trained 120 Rental Sales Agents of the Licensee's Center-South Italy Network ,
Trained and Coached 26 Station Managers, while visiting from 4 to 7 times the 13 main Stations, developing a full Ancillary Sales culture.
In those 13 main stations, over one year I gave a decisive contribution to:
+5% / +40% increase of Ancillary Sales (average +20%)
+0.8€ / +5€ (average +3€) increase RPD (Revenue per day) for Ancillary Sales
Overall territory Increase of Revenues from Ancillary Sales: about 1.2 M€
