I have started Actensa to help my clients reach their goals by improving their transformation capabilities. By helping them leverage technology to meet their business goals. As a result of the transformation programs I have lead I have gained deep insight and expertise in strategy development, process improvements, and governance establishment. Further my experience includes individual and team competence development, new recruitment/re-skilling of specialists and service offering development.
Course of my 20 years in the IT industry, in sales as well as senior delivery roles, I have acquired deep technology knowledge as well as knowhow on how to enable and leverage IT to solve business critical issues for my clients. Since the middle of the 90ths I have worked in international environments (including Emerging Markets) and thus required deep insight and understanding on how to work in various cultural environments. Further, my experience from working in high performing cultures has provided valuable experience in how to anchor and gain buy-in when driving complex change programs
I´m appreciated by my managers, peers and subordinated for my strong leadership skills, where integrity is manifesting the way I act in client as well as internal contacts. I have a strong drive to continuously learn new and deepen my understanding of the fast and continuously changing IT landscape. Course of the 15 years I have worked in the IT industry I have been able to build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers as well as respected influencers and subject matter experts in the Nordics.
