-Act as a team member to draft and design SAP Business Process Solutions across ERP Logistics
-Carrying out SAP support for all business with SLA compliance of 95%
-Critically responsible for Project success; in terms of Cost, Time and Scop
-Carry out Implementation as per the ASAP Methodology and ensure Compliance with established Timelines
-Act as a successful Change Agent for all levels of Business Users
-Responsible for agreement from Business SMEs with respect to Change Management and Process Improvement
-Responsible for Project Planning
-Prepare Reporting of ERP Services to the Executive Team Members
