With over 10 years’ experience in matching top- notch candidates with companies in the following industries: Renewable Energies, Tech/Digital, Startups- Scaleups, Corporates, Banking, Engineering, Pharma, E- Commerce.
I have extensive experience and would describe myself as sales-driven, proactive, very hands-on and authentic. It is important for me to build a relationship with the candidates in order to better understand & convince them. I like to work for companies that need explanation, are in a digital context (tech companies), are innovative or disrupt an industry. I lead my team at eye level. I believe that through coaching, transparency and clear goals, but also through trying out together which is the best way, we achieve the best results together.
