Carry out the day to day operations of TAR HSE department and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management by providing technical support and guidance to the workforce and to the safety supervisors on the field.
Providing training to new personnel, evaluating training material and maintaining the training register. Performing daily inspections and audits in the field, participating in the management safety walk.
Implementing a new audit plan in the field, mentoring contractor safety supervisors on a daily basis.
Covering HSE Manager duties on a bi-weekly rotation.

Providing home office support to Fluor projects and offices including auditing, monitoring and verifying compliance with applicable legislation, site programs and Fluor HSE Management System. Conducting site visits to perform audits or support projects in the construction phase.
Responsible to implement and maintain management systems based on OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards, acting as a guide during external audits.
Providing support for proposals, pre-qualifications (Invitation To Bid process). Collating HSE documentation, providing input to questionnaires, interpreting and developing statistical data to produce reports based on that information.

Coordination of HSE integrated team, assuring support for Turnover, Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning activities, implementation of Fluor HSE procedures and practices. Verification and validation of Method Statement and Risk Analysis developed by the contractor.
Coordination of contractor HSE Team, STA / PTW evaluation on-site. Working at height audits, tutoring and training, scaffold audits together with client scaffolding responsible person. Heavy lifting, transport and skidding activities supervision. Active participation in accident and incident investigation and reporting.
Overseeing all day-to-day construction and pre-commissioning / commissioning and operation surrounding the Permit to Work system, reporting directly to the HSE Project Manager on arising challenges or issues.
Conducting daily inspections in area allocated, identifying hazards and assessing risks, putting appropriate safety controls in place. Investigate incidents together with contractor HSE supervisor.
Implement and monitor HSE requirements for construction such as rigging and lifting operations, scaffold erection& dismantling, hot works, working at height and confined space entry. Reporting any deviations, which may cause injuries, illnesses or financial loss.
