For the last 5+ years, I have been delivering software solutions for Financial and Retail companies with global presence like UBS, Avanade (Microsoft & Accenture), Cognifide (WPP), and others.
In addition to my software engineer role, my responsibilities also included interviewing new additions to the teams, up-skilling new team members, working with the pre-sale department on estimations, dealing directly with clients for technical and managerial matters and handling multiple production incidents.
