As an experienced process analyst and digitalization expert, I successfully restructured and digitized the one-day delivery process for a logistics client. By utilizing BPMN process modeling techniques and developing Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, I was able to make the process more efficient and help the client meet their service level requirements.

One of the challenges was that the client received up to 250 emails per day from end customers with complaints, damage reports, and inquiries about shipments. To effectively handle this volume of emails, I automated the process and developed a robot that runs 24/7 every day.

In addition to automating the one-day delivery process and developing the robot, I also used Power BI to create a promising dashboard that visualizes key business information. This dashboard allows for a comprehensive evaluation of driver performance and the performance of all locations of the logistics company.

By integrating Power BI into the automated process, the client was able to quickly and easily monitor important performance metrics and better understand how their drivers and locations are performing. This helps the client make more effective decisions and optimize their company's performance.

Overall, through the use of BPMN process modeling techniques, the development of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, and the use of Power BI, I was able to provide a comprehensive package of solutions for the client. This helps the client make their business operations more effective, meet their service level requirements, and satisfy their customers.
