Supported Program Everest Detail Planning in SAP Infrastructure. Orchestrated inter-department Everest topics including 3rd party providers. SAFe® implementation for the whole innovation department as a SAFe Practice Consultant with several phases and steps to guide on the journey of adopting SAFe. Starting point was to create an implementation plan, including the determination of the Agile Release Train (ART). The implementation plan contained concrete steps needed to enable people and processes to work in a scaled agile environment within the SAFe framework. To ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, steps were clustered in two phases each with a detailed approach to fulfil overall goal of enabling people and process on the way to fully implement SAFe:
1. Prepare for ART Launch (Defining the ART, Setting the Launch Date & Program Cadence, Training the ART Leaders & Stakeholders, Establishing the Agile Teams, Training the ART roles [Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Architects], Assessing and Evolving Launch Readiness, Preparing the Program Backlog).
2. Train Teams & Launch ART [SAFe Quickstart approach to ART Launch] (Train the Teams, Launching the ART in form of conducting the first PI Planning).

Developed agile PMO from scratch for an entire department of one of the world´s largest e-commerce companies. Defined and drove evolution of the project management methodology as well as defining and implementing best practice project management processes to ensure structured methods and work techniques supported by a central portfolio management framework for the whole department.

Ensured a consistent approach in terms of requirements management for internal and external stakeholders. Established a holistic reporting system to oversee and track product development, change initiatives, and risk management. Organized and moderated PMO events within the portfolio management framework to improve transparency and alignment for all participants.

Overall goal was to support department transformation across all phases of reorganization from operational and strategic perspectives.

SCRUM MASTER | Process & System Integration Omnichannel Platform Company (IT/ SaaS/Applications), 10/2020 - 08/2021
Program level Scrum Master working in a collaboration with multiple stakeholders with sole responsibility for the development of the PMO in an agile project environment and supporting IT delivery management. Supported Product Owners in the creation of user stories, as well as organization and moderation of Scrum events. Collaborated with the Product Owners / Subject Matter Experts on maintenance of the Kanban board. Identified and removed general impediments. Integration project across all workstreams to ensure standardisation for an acquired company with over 1,000 employees across 10 legal entities.

SCRUM MASTER | Process and System Integration Program (SaaS acquisition IT/ SaaS/ Enterprise Software), 05/2019 – 08/2021
Collaborated with PM/PMO, Business Leads and Process Owners, as well as IT M&A Leads and Product Owners to deliver process and system integration of an acquired global enterprise software and SaaS company. Organization and moderation of Scrum events (sprint planning, sprint review, daily, backlog refinement, retro) and introduction workshops to teach agile methods and techniques. Project begin with integrating “Go to Market” applications, followed by the CRM system to fit the buyer’s standards requirements.

SCRUM MASTER | Carve-Out for Mobile Marketing IT Services Company (IT/ SaaS/ Applications), 10/2019 – 12/2020
Stakeholder management at project level. Supported Product Owner in creation of user stories. Advice on creating and increasing transparency (e.g. setting up helpful metrics & KPIs). Update of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).

SCRUM MASTER | Process & System Integration (IT/ Applications/ Experience Management), 09/2019 – 09/2020
Program wide Scrum Master at Program level working with multiple internal and external stakeholders following acquisition of an American experience management company. Organization and moderation of workshops to teach agile methods and techniques. Process and System Integration project starting with replacement of the financial application and implementing the buyer’s standard finance package.
