Planning and conceptualising of the RPA initiative for multiple departments within eON and daughter companies including the HR, Procurement and Finance departments. Design and development of necessary infrastructure and process automation. Effort estimation, quotation writing and POC. Allocation of resources and regular update meetings with all stakeholders. Alignment of project with CoE standards and operational best practices. Identified potentials for improvements and took part in getting these implemented after getting into production.

Presenting proposals for the robotic process automation solution to the clients and helping them with reporting the return on investment strategy. Writing up requirements documentation and liaising with business analysts as well as developers and project managers. Being hands-on with special development requirements whenever needed. Technical lead and RPA all-rounder supporting multiple projects with co-ordination and leadership.

Planning and Implementation of RPA Infrastructure Migration to Azure Cloud as well as Virtualization of Runtime Resources for Robotic Process Automation. Taken full responsibility for the Migration Roadmap.

Contributed to the development of the Robotic Process Automation Team called “RPA Center of Excellence”, the infrastructure and associated tools. Identifying potential automation projects. Presenting (live demo) automation of processes to the different customers (departments) of eON Business Services. Supporting Proof of Concepts and pilot projects. Setting up the environments such as windows services, users, runtime resources (bots) for the clients and guiding new projects according to best practices and corporate guidelines.

Point of contact for monitoring related issues and any BluePrism infrastructure and application implementation tasks. Implemented the role concept for RPA access and reviewed the concept’s technical documentation for audit submission. Development of automation processes using BluePrism for the document delivery project utilising Alteryx for data analysis, automation and process management via effective scheduling of the Alteryx tasks.
