I am happy to make high demands on my own efforts and include the perspective of my employees and teammates in an all-encompassing way. To act conscientiously, thoroughly, and prudently in my daily work life is a virtue for me. I enjoy organizing work processes. This results in appropriate and developed adequate working and organizational methods. It spurs me on in a disciplined manner to master my daily work life with a powerful sense of duty and awareness of tasks. I am motivated to initiate problem-solving processes with individuals and in (project) groups. I like to incorporate the perspectives and opinions of others into the group processes, the resulting solutions and approaches broaden the horizons of everyone involved. One of my strengths is to quickly grasp problems and facts to gain recognizable tendencies and connections. It enables me to draw correct conclusions and strategies from it. Adapting thinking and acting to new and changed situations spurs me on not to stand still. I also conduct projects under complicated conditions, which means that my requirements are challenged and activated. I enjoy imparting knowledge from and in teaching processes, which I can pass on at a high didactic level. For this I have the appropriate technical and methodical knowledge. I use the knowledge of facts, methods, and values necessary to set goals in a constructively motivated manner. I think outside the box of my own work area, of my own company, even of my own knowledge, I like to use my broad technical and interdisciplinary general education. Knowledge is power! According to this credo, I expand my own knowledge with the help of further training and other formal and informal opportunities. At the beginning and when conducting work processes, I always put my head and heart into it. I consider persistent action to be a matter of course to ensure optimal results in the event of temporary difficulties.
