I am a Mechanical Engineer. I have dedicated more than 10 years of my career to working in various engineering areas. Now, I am working as a Project Manager in Automotive Industry. I've more than 10 years of R&D experience in the household app area.

Nine years long, I was a member of R&D System Design Team. I have learned here strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure and challenging working environments. I worked on designing and application of hydraulic and drying systems for a dishwas her. I was responsible for designing program algorithms; especially intensive wash programs/functions and programs having lower water consumption with high capacity.
I was working as a component designer. Within the framework of this task, I have not only designed new dishwasher parts but also made improvements on supplied components. Thanks to these designs,I have 54 patents/patent applications. Aquaintense® system, which obtains five times better cleaning performance, and tray wash system are some of my significant inventions. From the beginning of my Arcelik Dishwasher Plant journey,I was a part of intellectual property studies. I started as a
researcher, then I become head of dishwasher plant intellectual properties process. I worked as a bridge between Intellectual Properties Department and Dishwasher Plant. In year 2014, I have won the “Invention of the Year Award” with my Aquaintense® patent application.
Between years 2016-2019, I was head of acoustic laboratory. Noise level determination of products, alternative material/company
studies for both cost and noise level reduction, benchmark studies, vibration tests were some of my important responsibilities.
Lastly, I was working by R&D Structural Design Team with responsibilities of market requests and new market projects. Furthermore, I managed all cost reduction and material improvement process for the plant.
Currently, I am working as a Project Manager for Automotive Projects and responsible for automation projects, taking into account commercial, technical, scheduling and quality requirements, from the quotation phase to the customer order and acceptance phase. Ensuring the implementation of commercial and technical business goals during project execution, I am always able to successfully identify management solutions to recurring any issues in project life cycle. Furthermore, I've gained an extensive experience of leading teams in line with the needs of the organization.
