Working on a long term project regarding their transition from Microsoft Dynamics to Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities/Highlights:

• Being technical lead for their Salesforce to Sales project.
• Created a complex approval process for the deletion of opportunity products via flows and standard approval process.
• Created a sharing model for sharing accounts via sharing rules, public groups and manual sharing via apex.
• Created a LWC component to do an integration between Salesforce an external system. The authentication is done via Azure. The idea is that a quote is created in salesforce and then in the external system. The configuration for their CPQ process is done in the external system and then synced back to Salesforce.
• Created a scheduled batch class which calls a handler class to transform data into a XML file and send it it to SAP ERP.
• Data Migration tasks for their UK and global roll out (2000 Users).

Worked on a B2B Salesforce Commerce Project as the Salesforce Product Owner for the US roll out(-Hyperlink entfernt-).

Working on a long term project regarding a Service B2C and B2B cloud in order to switch from their legacy system to Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities/Highlights:


• Closely working on and off site with the Business Owners to gather requirements as a core member of the project execution team.

• Being involved in technical discussions together with other technical consultants and business stakeholders regarding the integration of existing solutions and Salesforce Service Cloud.
