Worked for Broken Hill Proprietary as SAP GTS Functional Consultant in support of the
project.
• Worked on Implementation Testing, Go-Live, and Support
• Knowledge of SAP TREX functionality in the GTS system.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing tools like Work soft and HPQC execution.
• Setup a connection between Non-SAP and GTS for Master data and transactional data
flow and to get screened against SPL and Embargo screening.
• Daily interaction with the business to identify any issues and support them accordingly.
• Involved and carried out testing for data migration from SAP On-Prem system to loud
migration in all phases from Kick-off until Go-Live support.

• Good exposure to working independently and co-ordinate with all integrated teams to
make sure smooth project deliverables within the scheduled timelines.
• Managed Import/Export classification functionality in GTS and ECC.
• Involved in extensive functionality testing on GTS, SD processes, and integration testing
with other modules.
• Provided End User Training and prepared End User manuals.
• Ensured to check RFC Connections from the Feeder system to the SAP GTS system.
• Configuration of Organizational units, Transfer of master data from SAP R/3 to SAP GTS.
• Configuring and Customizing the General Settings in Sap GTS – Business Partner, Organization
structure, and awareness of the concepts on Legal Regulation, and Determination Procedure.
• Supporting the GTS functionalities like releasing the blocked documents by SPL Screening and
Embargo Check.
• Worked on areas like SPL Screening, Embargo, Legal control – export
• Worked on SPL data upload and monitored background jobs for automatic screening on daily
basis hours.
• Denied party data list which was received from DowJones data providers and was uploaded in
application server based on which SPL master records will be created.
• Handling SPL data-related issues & Embargo checks.
• XML upload of Tariff codes.
