▪ Prepare contract baseline schedule and/or revised schedules using Primavera.
▪ Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various disciplines.
▪ Prepare & update periodically the progress performance curves.
▪ Conduct the schedule monthly progress update.
▪ Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule.
▪ Conduct regular site visits to assess the project progress.
▪ Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoices, variations and
change orders.
▪ Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes.
▪ Participate in all meetings such as schedule review meeting, progress meeting,
coordination meeting, and construct-ability review meeting.
