The main topic of my Phd thesis was the analysis of a real hardware thermal
management using both experimental and numerical methods. In the
experimental part I was able to design and implement a test bench with
various electrical and mechanical devices. Also, I used various software like
labview and matlab for test bench automation, data acquisition and postprocessing. The nurmerical part was done using CAE software such as Ansys
