• Leading: Master Production Schedule for the production lines to ensure sufficient capacities/resources in the 1-12 weeks horizon in accordance to customer demand, raw materials constraint and available capacity.

• Assure integration of the E2E Planning model in SAP APO ensuring consistent and efficient inputs and outputs of plan processes and suggests trade-offs between capacity, cost and service in case of constraints. Manage short term exceptions such as lack of raw materials, workforce or unplanned equipment downtime.

• Provide input to the S&OP process through Production Planner, to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities and deliver supply commits and inventory globally for a category

• Leading Global Supply Chain Meetings: Collect, analyze, consolidate and report key data to influencing top management teams improving their decision-making to optimize processes and results (impacting) across the global business

Project Management

Lead Leans Six Sigma project to optimize customer service. Developing, deploying and executing best in class Production Planning and Supply Network Planning processes. Developing and implement the necessary strategies and tools to diminish the impact of back orders; identify and address potential short-term supply constraints within the weekly process; analyze daily supply/demand alerts and address to escalate accordingly.

• Leading: Sales/Purchase Orders, planning shipment deliveries, coordinating returns, manage Demand/Supply planning and Inventory levels in the local markets. Be warrant of the correct Master Data, Stock valuation, Prices and Invoicing.

• Managed SAP Hana implementation and data migration project, ensuring timely IT issues resolution. Lead tests on Order Processing, analyze interface between the Company SAP and the 3PL logistics partner.

Be warrant on training the local markets on Order Processing, Transfer Pricing, Stock Valuation facilitating new procedures. Be the first point of contact to any issue related to Order Processing, Accounting, Master data and IT.

• Act as a liaison officer between Finance/Accounting and Supply Chain. Providing Month-end financial analysis related to Inbound-Outbound Freights, Warehousing costs.

• Follow GDP, GTP directives about shipping, storage, returns management (RMA), Cold-Chain shipments in compliance with Quality and regulatory Affairs.
