I joined the project one year before the Go-live phase. Initially, my role involved supporting the team by monitoring the replication of IDOCs from a logistics system into a financial system. As part of the second and third-level support team, I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the logistics system, identifying root causes, and ensuring smooth data integration.

As the project progressed, I took on the responsibility of managing a team dedicated to developing WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) deliverables. We tracked all WRICEF objectives in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) to ensure effective monitoring and control throughout the development process. I followed a structured approach to guarantee timely delivery of the required objectives. Additionally, I was responsible for reporting on progress and providing regular feedback on the current status of our development efforts.

I worked on a proposal where the client's objective was to streamline and standardize their business processes across all subsidiaries. They sought to move their operations as close to industry standards as possible, while still allowing for flexibility to meet specific requirements. To achieve this, I developed a comprehensive business process framework that served as a customizable template. This template ensured the client didn’t have to start from scratch but could use it as a foundation. We introduced the framework through a series of workshops, gathering feedback and adapting the processes based on the unique needs of each subsidiary.
