• Resource Management – Acted as a SME for Onboarding and Offboarding process, access management to client specific system applications, demand & supply management, bill rate reconciliation, maintenance of rosters, single point of contact for around 300 (including both onshore and offshore resources) on this process, Actuals Vs Forecast Resource Analysis, daily Onboarding status report, resource staffing
• Metrics and Reporting – Predictability, Productivity and Defect density tracking for client & vendor teams sprint wise, acted as bridge between client & Deloitte’s scrum masters to maintain the process, Jira tracking, analysis & reporting, Adhoc basis reporting
• Governance & Deliverable Management – Co-ordinated with client Leadership and PMO to get timely upload, update and document approval, project status reporting for leadership to check status of deliverables
• Financial Management – Expense reporting and reconciliation
• Schedule Management with client on implementing project scope and deliverable due date
• Received client appreciation several times from Deloitte & client
