• Work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Director, EMEA and your counterparts in other EMEA regions co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that incorporate our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion values.
• Collaborate with Central Europe Management and stakeholders to anticipate their recruitment needs, and encourage the following of the appropriate processes to launch searches.
• Ensure the management and coordination of the recruitment processes from requisition through to interview and offer for consultant hires for the CEE region to promote a positive outcome and excellent candidate experience.
• Lead the TA Central Team of 2 Sourcer and 1 Coordinator.
• Ensure the proactively identification and reach out to candidates through all channels to promote a career within ERM and engage them in fruitful discussions/interviews.
• Through TA Central Europe recruitment activity and internal relations, contribute to a positive impact on ERM’s brand as an employer.
• Identify and develop various sourcing channels across the Central Europe region.
• Ensure the maintenance of the talent pool and cultivate long term relationship with candidates to strength talent pipeline.
• Ensure the work on current vacancies as well as talent pipelining projects to support succession planning and other critical growth and hard-to-fill roles.
• Regular reporting on your initiative to ensure stakeholders are aware of status of ongoing searches.
• Ensure the creation/consolidation of partnerships with Universities, job boards or recruitment partners able to boost our Talent Pools and facilitate our recruitment process.
• Ensure all the TA process is done through the internal ATS (Workday).
