Successfully developed and launched an iOS project from scratch for a Fortune 500 US reseller, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
The project uses modular Clean architecture based on Development Pods.
Squad model was applied on the project. At peak, the team sized of almost 50 engineers in two subteams (Pod-1 and Pod-2). Held my role as one of the key engineers.
Responsible for development features such as: Cart, Product view in Augmented Reality and Payments.
Launched the app on Jan 6, 2023 increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Since Feb 1, 2023 holding my role as a lead engineer on ESRE along with two engineers on the client side.

- Developed several media-streaming applications.
- Reduced load on the manual QA engineers by creating an automatic analytics verification tool.
- As a participant of the R&D initiative, investigated and created a solution to merge HLS video and audio lanes from different streams on the manifest level.
- Successfully led teams, supporting existing projects. Identified inefficiencies in workflows & ensured developer satisfaction.
Increased company headcount by interviewing external talents and mentoring newcomers.
