I worked on two programs. The first was 4.5 years on the UK‘s Smart Metering programme where I delivered highly complex projects in release management, testing and a testing centre of excellence. I also coached the customer to complete work themselves going forward.
I have also worked in a data migration programme for a digital transformation program. I successfully delivered a project in the data migration of one part of a billing system. I also setup a new PMO, established a robust change management process and contracted £700k of new business for the company.
