Improvement of the existing Excel-Dashboards process. Development of new features and tools as part of the Excel Dashboard Framework (like Workpaper, Snap Shot, Translation, Speed Test Tool and Pre-Populating Utility).
● Improved stability and reduced maintenance efforts for the EDBFW. Increased maturity of automation in build production of the dashboards and in the Testing tool.
● Assessment and fixing of issues with the Excel Dashboards or the framework. Create smart solutions to flexible dashboard functions. More focused on General Ledger Analysis and
Financial Services, I helped in other projects. Lately, I also work as a Scrum Master (together with a colleague). ● Analysis of the possibility to add (or move to) Power BI and the possibility to move to Excel online.
● Always available to help colleagues (for example with problems concernin VBA) and to explain new features / possibilities (for example regarding Power BI).

● Analysis of the challenges related to the acquisition of new processes, from the technical to the organizational point of view, finding solutions adapted to the available resources and in time with the deadline.
● Acquisition of European reporting activities, including on-site presence (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark). Data generation and processing using SAP Analysis Office and various business warehouse systems for cost and consolidated income (including SAP R / 3). Improvement of the creation process of the reports, from the data retrieve to the delivery of the report, including high level of automatization using VBA (excel, access, PPT, outlook, pdf…). Introduction and standardization of European reports with components from different BW systems
