I supported a large German company in their digital transformation.

-Scrum Master in 4 hardware and software teams.
-Introduced a scaled Scrum framework (combination Nexus and Spotify Scrum).
-At team level Scrum for software teams
-At team level Kanban, Scrumban and Modified Agile for Hardware Development for hardware teams.

At Salt and Pepper, I helped build the Compentece Hub Agility to enable an internal network of Agilists across multiple projects and clients.

10/2013 – 5/2021

I was responsible for the sales of human resources software with the main focus on time recording and personnel resource planning. My contacts were the managing directors, HR managers and production managers of customers from medium-sized companies with 150 employees to corporate groups from the industrial, logistics and public sectors.

-Acquired several strategic accounts
-Exceeded order entry targets every year
-Every year the sales team increased the lead quota at the ZukunftPersonal Europe trade fair

In addition to my sales accountabilieties, I have taken on responsibility for strategic projects and business development. To this end, I have achieved the following, among other things:

- Built a speaker series on NewWork & Green HRM with an audience of over 600
- Designed a cloud framework and business model for SaaS solutions
- Built strategic partnerships with key players in the marketplace
- Rebuilt the marketing concept for the business unit with the marketing team
