- Using various process analytics techniques to identify root causes of defects/ anomalies and create plan of action to provide solutions.
- Guiding clients and providing best practice knowledge to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the client's process management initiative. Helping the client to set up and use Signavio's process management tools (Process Manager, Hub & Process Governance) based on client requirements
- Conducting BPMN trainings and support client's process modelling and workflow initiatives
