Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project (> 300 service days). Managed the implementation of the industry based ISV solution with an internal team of 6 people and an external project team with over 30 people.
Responsible in analyzing the client’s current business processes, identified areas for improvement, and proposed solutions aligned with the clients' goals and objectives.
Conceptualized business requirements and designed customization concepts. Successful implementation of over 20 new features in Microsoft D365 F&O.
Conducted online and on-site workshops with a range from 2 to 40 participants from multiple departments.
Lead consultant for the integration of a third-party transportation software into Microsoft D365. Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
Efficiently utilized tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to streamline issue tracking, information documentation, idea sharing, and task management within the project.
Assumed full responsibility for the entire transportation management stream due to a colleague's departure, ensuring a seamless transition for stakeholders.
