• Working with ISP to provide solutions and applications in Wide Area Network (WAN-MPLS)
• Service installation (such as L2VPN, L3VPN, INTERNET) management and troubleshooting for Turk Telecom customers. Installing CPEs from various vendors.
• Providing Solutions with Local Area Network applications. Monitoring , configuration and troubleshooting customers devices.
• Commissioning after the tests that has been held with customer.

• Performing the requested tests from customer, preparing documentation and topological information as a report for customer • In-team training and documentation.
