Based on incident descriptions, a model has been developed to identify and group similar error patterns. These grouped error patterns are provided to the Problem Manager in a summarized form within a user interface, allowing them to potentially associate a problem with a feature team.

Manual ticket routing has been replicated using a neural network. The implementation was done in Python and is realized as a microservice on a private cloud. On top the machine learning model was implemented into a blueprism FEA. Combination of FEA and AI was proved and have been provided after a big fight with the workers council into life.

The innovation project involved testing the Process Drive Automation Platform in conjunction with a bot running on a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The bot was built based on a template provided by the platform and utilized the "Selenium" package for web-testing automation capabilities. The result of the innovation project was to clarify the usage of the solution for the SAP eco system.
