I have been a freelance consultant, trainer and management coach, specializing in Lean Manufacturing and production optimization since 2010.

Employing a wide range of lean tools, such as „Value Stream Mapping“, „Kata“ and „Kaizen“, I have successfully implemented Lean Systems for manufacturing companies on five continents.

My clients range from automotive and pharmaceutical multi-nationals to various SME‘s and the public sector.

Following a Master‘s degree in Management and Business Economics in Rotterdam, I worked as a consultant and researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart, where I gathered both theoretical and practical lean experience, before moving to Daimler AG / MBtech, where I supported Lean implementation as an inhouse consultant. I then developed and implemented the Lean Management System at Gerresheimer AG, before becoming Head of Operational Excellence at Hella KGaA.

I am fluent in German, English and Dutch.
