This question is key and stands for my overall coaching approach. I focus on enhancing
strengths - on all levels of being: body, mind & soul. My personal journey has revealed
that genuine personal growth is sustainable only when these three dimensions are in
harmony, allowing one to tap into their full potential. However, the willingness to
examine each of these dimensions more closely is the crucial first step.
My coaching approach strives to adopt this holistic perspective in addressing all concerns.
My experience as a leader, business coach, and people developer allows me to guide
people and teams through transformative processes, whether within workplace dynamics ornon a personal level.
Since I work holistically, I am convinced that developmental issues overlap and nothing
can be viewed in isolation if you aim to tap into your complete strength. Nevertheless,
for personal growth, one usually needs something like a "starting ticket" to embark on
the journey. I empower people to take the first step and stay committed in small,
gradual strides.
