-Responsible for several companies of the group giving support for improvements and incidences
-Developing new functionalities within the sales area as in-house consultant

-Projects of roll-out. Complete cycle.
-Tasks of support to consultants for projects of Roll-out abroad

-Incidence solving as well as management of the improvements in the system for SD module.
