Identification and implementation of competency and performance appraisal model based on distinctive behaviours and balance scorecards for third parties employees in Technical Call centers in Biel and Zurich

• Rolled out comp and ben. Policies throughout my countries and established ad hoc solution in Iberia; Turkey and Italy
• Supported legal entity merge plan for Iberia and Italy
• Established European processes through OM book for:

- Comp and benefits
- Training and development
