• Guided DD processes for potential M&A assesment, managed strategic documents with local and international stakeholders.
• Created and coordinated an efficient and catalyzing product development team and built respective processes. Impact, churn and customer retention rate stabilized.
• Directly involved in the recruiting and onboarding process of key functional leadership teams such as CFO, Direct Sales(B2C), Indirect Sales(B2B), Marketing, Customer Care.
