Architrave is a leading B2B Proptech application for commercial real estate management. I joined as a Senior PM and was promoted to Expert level (on the Principal track, equivalent to Lead). I worked directly with engineering teams on delivery, developed ways of working in the Product & Engineering leadership team, and coached a junior PM.
● Led the development and launch of a search feature, part of an upgrade package that achieved a 10% customer base upgrade and +€90k ARR.
● Oversaw the rollout of a 3rd party tool for the Business Operations team, enabling an 18% increase in efficiency during the rollout.
● Introduced a milestone-based approach to planning and communication after a strategy shift, resulting in increased transparency for stakeholders.

Joined Fintech startup N26 in the Customer Support Applications product group, owning the agent experience for the contact centre. In a fast-paced environment, I delivered immediate impact in the engineering team by bringing focus and clarity, and created alignment in the product group and stakeholders by defining the strategic direction.

Owned the product development for Spark’s LoveOS product - a white-label dating platform intended to support a growing portfolio of brands. I was accountable for consistent delivery, aimed at key roadmap milestones. I collaborated closely with the Programme PMs to define the roadmap and balance user value with delivery timelines.
